Dr. Saeed Eldakkak director of the Documentation unit at the NCHR announced the unit’s published report referring to the Israeli attack on the Turkish humanitarian aid flotilla to Gaza on the 31st of May 2010, representing a sample of violations to international humanitarian law by criminalizing the prevention of humanitarian aid to armed conflicts and authority occupied areas.
